Hi my friend said Netflix , or prime, or I player the quality is better to use your Tv remote to watch rather than the sky remote .

Is the quality better ??
I have Sony bravo tv

and sky Q box

Most modern Televisions will give better Quality than Q box regarding Apps

The TV apps can use Dolby Vision (arguably a better way of doing HDR (High Dynamic Range) although not all apps or content use it, and support 24Hz (native film refresh rate so eliminates certain jankiness on some scenes) properly.

Depending on the TV - there are dozens of Sony Bravia models from cheap & cheerful to very high end - they might also just be a bit faster and more responsive when starting up and navigating the menus.
