      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there I had sky installed 2 days ago about 2 hours after the engineer left my channels stopped working and said technical fault. The only way to sort this out is resetting the sky q box. It does this 3/4 times a day where it says technical fault and the only way it goes back on again is a reset on the box. Any suggestions on what to do to make this fault go away? Could it need a new sky q box?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Watch via sky go and watch on sky q mini box both have crosses next to them. Won't let me re activate.&amp;nbsp; Also comes up with on channels we've withdrawn service on your sky Q box? How is this even happening 2 hours after having it installed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
