&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;reboot the mini box&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if that doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home &amp;gt; settings &amp;gt; system info &amp;gt; viewing card number &amp;gt; setup &amp;gt; viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I tried everything up to a factory reset before switching it all off in a huff a lt 2am this morning.&amp;nbsp; Lo and behold I get in the phone queue to Sky Tech this morning and it seems to have sorted itself out 🫣&amp;nbsp; fingers crossed it's OK now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
