&lt;P&gt;that was a 2 hour call, which was totally unacceptable. &amp;nbsp; Please just sort my internet &amp;amp; broadband out once and for all. &amp;nbsp;You use to run a good service, not now, it seems to be going down the toilet &amp;amp; very expensive too !!&lt;/P&gt;
