My sky q box will not turn back on after been disconnected while decorating the green light is on Iv tried turning it off and back on Iv tried re sinking the remote nothing is working the tv says TV box is turned off but won't respond to me trying to follow instructions

Hi @Bisweener

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
