Do you mean your Sky Q box? If so what's happening? Any error messages on your TV screen?

@Jennifer331 As per @Daniel0210 it won't be a cable box as Sky UK does not provide cable services so it will either be one of their satellite boxes Sky+/Sky Q or their online only box Sky stream.
