Red button not working on Sky Sports +

I had Sky Q installed last week, the red button icon is on the screen on Sky Sports plus, everytime it is pressed an error message comes up stating it cannot be acessed right now!

I have made two calls to Sky, the first told me they are aware of the problem and to try the service in a weeks time! unbelievable.

The second call two days later told me they were aware of the issues and Sky are working on it but can give no time frame as to when the issue will be resolved, just not good enough!

Before anyone advises me to turn the boxes off etc etc I've done all that and makes no difference.

Yes, all sports, all movies the lot.

I can watch the selected game on Sky Sports + but not the streamed games as the botton won't allow it.
