Missing bbc channels

I had a new skyQ box installed last Friday.

All good except bbc news 24 and bbc parliament channels do not work

You'll need to provide more info as "do not work" tells the forum nothing about your issue.

@Rosemary19 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Thank you for your replies. I tried disconnecting everything but this did not fix the problem.
in addition, I now find channel 5 is also missing.

The screen is blue and across the top it says

This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. For help press?

I have tried this but it doesn't solve the problem.

I have my own dish. This problem started when the sky Q box was installed, he did change something on the dish.
