Sky Q Mini in an outbuilding?

I have one main Sky Q box in the living room (front of house) connected via wifi (Vodafone). One Sky Q mini in a back room (rear of house - about 20 m away through two walls). All work really well.

Out building approx 20 m at the rear (bottom of the garden) has hardwired wifi from the main router (front of the house) which is stable and gives full wifi coverage / signal.

Question is before I buy a third Sky Q mini for the outbuilding will it work seemlessly via the wifi in the out building? Or work via connection from the back room Sky Q mini box (if thats a thing)?

Read a few threads on this topic and still unsure if it will work?

Afraid a Mini will not work off 3rd party WiFi or 3rd Party WiFi Extenders.

If using WiFi it needs to work off the Q mess generated by Q boxes or Q boosters.

However if you want to use Ethernet then it needs connecting to the main Q box.

Minis using Ethernet will only connect to 3rd party Routers if All Q boxes are connected by Ethernet either directly or via simple unmanaged Ethernet switches
