Netflix in sky package how do I use it at my caravan?

Hello

Can anyone help in advising how I can log into my Netflix (part of my sky package) in our caravan please?

I have found my profile name and email address (which there is a typo in I can't seem to find how to amend that either)

Hi @Hamleehouse

@If you have Netflix through Sky you can use it on any device that has the Netflix App installed.

You just use not normal Sky Netflix login.

You can find your Sky Netflix Email in the Netflix App on your Q box.

Just open Netflix and go to the Left Hand.

Scroll Down and select Get Help and on the Next screen you will see your Netflix account email.

You need to go to the Netflix Website and reset your Password.

You can never find an existing password to any modern online service. They don't get stored, only a non-reversible encrpted version does. You have to reset the password. For which you need it to be using your real email address.

Call netflix (or maybe Sky) and get the email address fixed.
