Hi I need to know if the engineer can install the dish on a pole fixed to my property or do I have to put a pole into the ground?

Hi @Shaun2801

Sky Installation Engineers are only equipped to wall mount satellite dishes. Therefore it is doubtful that they carry pole mounts. They certainly wouldn't install the pole itself.

I spoke to sky they said the dish can't be installed on the property only a pole in the ground

Then you will have to confirm with Sky that their engineer will install the Dish if you provide a ground mounting pole.
