    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;This problem never got resolved by either Sky or Paramount+ and due to other Sky issues including an increase in my monthly fees, I've talen the decision to cancel Sky. &amp;nbsp;If Sky bother taken note from customers I hope they take action and fix the issues we’ve experienced:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(1) When a support call has been dropped mid conversation, the agent should call the customer back immediatley, not expect the customer to call back and get put back in the queue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(2) Have a good service mgt system of known reported problems and a team to proactively fix rather than reactively trying to fix on a case-by-case basis. In all my support call, none of the agents were aware of this issue despite sharing the link to this forum post.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(3) The Paramount+ service is via a Sky contract so Sky support should work with Paramount to fix issues rather than push Sky customers to call Paramount+ to try and fix themselves.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(4) When increasing monthly costs, notify your customers in advance. &amp;nbsp;My monthly cost in Jan was £49 but jumped to £71 in Feb, jumped again in July to £79.50 despite the numerous issues I reported.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(5) When reporting a satellite issue where no Sky TV channels are working, ensure field engineers are available in a shorter window than the 6 week lead time I was given! … and when a Sky support agent advise they will refund cost on the duration of the fault, that they commit to it.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;I was still charged even though I had no Sky TV service!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(6) I left Sky previously after being with them for over 10 years because deals for new customers were better than for existing customers but when returning, I had to rebuild my loyalty VIP status (VIP loyalty scheme didn’t exist beforehand), despite being a Sky customer for over 15 years in total.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

He booked in a call with me between 5-6pm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Wednesday comes (last night) and he called to set it all back up again, told me it's the only way to fix my issue. Then told me he can't give me the £8 deal and only £12 a month, we'd already told the kids so begrudgingly accepted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;This morning I go to try set up Paramount+ again, same issue! Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue and the solution was to remove and re-add Sky Movies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the Sky team have done this, go back into the Paramount Plus app on your TV and select Sign Up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should then show you the option to activate Paramount Plus at a cost of £0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you've done this, a QR code will appear.&amp;nbsp; Scan the code with your phone which will take you to the Paramount Plus site on your phone.&amp;nbsp; From here, select the Sign Up option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point, I used the same email that I use for Sky and also enetered the same password IO use for Sky.&amp;nbsp; It pulled up an error but I tried again using a different password and voila, it worked!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I finally got it resolved. Had to contact Paramount plus and then Sky. Used the email I use for my Sky ID and then they sorted it in the background and now working. I didn't have them remove the movies as would have lost my offer and they couldn't have got it back. Took hours on the phone and emails to PP but got there in the end. I would suggest contacting PP too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
