Wrong regional programs showing

Just moved house and had Sky Q installed after gaving sky HD at previous property. Sky sent viewing card to wrong property (previous address). Now Sky is showing just regional programs like local news from the area we use to live (SE) rather than current region (NW). From what I have read is due to postcode set up on viewing card and Sky have messed this up by sending to old address. How can I change this?

You need to speak directly to Sky @MosesMe

@MosesMe The only way to resolve this is to make sure your current address is registered correctly on your sky account

if it's not you need to call sky and get it changed

Thanks, just checked Sky account and it has our correct new address but showing wrong regional programs still on sky linked to where we use to live.
