I have paid for sky cinema and it shows I have Paramount + free but they have been charging my card £6.99 per month. How do I get a refund?

Looks like you haven't subscribed correctly through Sky Marketplace for the free Paramount+ account. See following link.

You need to contact whoever is charging your card.

Unfortunately I am not sure how.- possibly call Customer Services and discuss but It sounds like you had not managed to fully sign up using the correct procedure because if you had you would not have had to enter your card details
