Cable outside too short

We need an engineer to extend the cable outside the house . A BT engineer recently changed it and it's not long enough it is flapping against the wall and will snap.

Which cable? I doubt BT have touched your dish cables.

Hi @Jules120 If you need a Sky installer, then you need to contact Sky. This is a public community forum, not Sky customer services.

I'd be VERY surprised if a BT engineer touched your Sky dish cables! But anyway, as you own the dish & cables from it, it would probably be quicker to get a local independant in (it'll cost you eitherway)
