      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Turned on my tv for the first time in 2 weeks (after holiday) and the sky Q mini box is stuck on step 2 of 2 of a software update. Has been like this for 24 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have unplugged the mini box for more than 30 secs however the mini bx still shows the same message. Mini box has a red light on the front and will niot change to organge or green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My main sky box is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
