HDMI sky Q Box

Hello,

I cant get a signal from my sky q box to my TV. It looks like the HDMI port has come loose on the sky box and the cable now only fits at an angle.

Would sky be able to fix this or replace the box?

Sky will swap the box free of charge. Give them a ring to arrange.

You will lose all your recordings when the box is swapped. (They won't repair yours for you)

Remember to remove your viewing card...
