Repairs are possible but exterior ones can be troublesome.

Best to contact Sky for an Engineer to replace the cable. Sky are likely to charge in the region of £65

As you own the dish and the cable from it, it will probably be quicker to get a local independent aerial & satellite company in to repair or replace the cable
