No sound on tv

Hi, I have a broadband WiFi outage in my area. I'm getting a picture on my TV as normal but no sound. I'm on sky q. Could the broadband WiFi phone line outage be causing this? Thanks

No, as live TV is sent via satellite.

I have a picture abd able to record but no sound
