&lt;P&gt;Open the Netflix App on your Q box and go to the left hand menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down and select &lt;STRONG&gt;Get help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;near the bottom of the menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the next screen there is an option to &lt;STRONG&gt;C&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;heck your Network&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select this and see what Network connection speed you are receiving&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
