No Satillite Signal on screen

Turned on this evening greeted with "No Satillite Signal" on a black background, basically no live TV movies etc can only watch recorded programmes or apps like disney + ?

The sky robot is as much use as a chocolet teapot

Done all of the above, tired to book an engineer, but cant get one until Saturday at a charge of £15 or wait until Tuesday

That's,much quicker than most are reporting. If you want it fixed quicker you'll need to pay a local firm.

Sky may credit for the lost period once reported to them to when fixed.
