    <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky q&amp;nbsp; connection to streaming services has become unusable over the last few days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now connected by ethernet to the mini box and the broadband router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned off wifi on both boxes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband is through a third party and is working fine, i use it daily for video conferencing with no issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted everything multiple times and checked I am on the most recent software versions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just for reference if I try to watch any content on youtube, the app will downgrade the resolution to 240p just to be able to stream it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can watch the same content on my tv at full 4k.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am paying for a service which I am not receiving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise on how to report and get this rectified.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
