Moving home

Hi, I've recently moved into a property after being made homeless. I was unable to retrieve the main sky Q box from the previous address.

I advised the lady on the phone when I called but she didn't clarify if I'd be given a new one? Could you advise, please. Thanks

We are fellow customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We can't confirm anything and obviously don't know the context of your conversation on the phone. One things for sure in that you'll be charged for the non return of the original box.

Hi @CA-10

If you have moved Home with Sky then you would be expected to keep your Q box.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
