      <title>hardware returned but sky still chasing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled one of my Sky Q boxes, Sky sent me a box to return it in which I did, I have proof of purchase, but they are still chasing me 6 weeks later for its return and telling me they will bill me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the chaser email there is no way of replying and telling them that I have already returned it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone esle had this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stuart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The returns process is not quite as slick as it could be.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
