&lt;P&gt;we beleive the following may help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press &amp;amp; hold the 4 &amp;amp; 6 together until the red led above the SKY logo buttn flashes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this sets the remote to use Infrared only so now make sure you point the remote at the box&amp;nbsp; to dismiss the message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you pass that Press &amp;amp; hold 1 &amp;amp; 3 together to re-pair back in bluetooth mode&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work,&amp;nbsp; may I suggest you try a&amp;nbsp; full reset of your remote:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Press &amp;amp; Hold the 7 &amp;amp; 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Again see if you can dismiss the message, making sure you point the remote at the box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-q-remotes/setting-up-remote" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-q-remotes/setting-up-remote&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
