Removed mini box from conservatory and returned to Sky. My TV is not working now. Any help please

Does your Television have a terrestrial aerial?

If it does have you changed the Television input to TV tuner:

Not sure. Need to get my husband to check My main TV is still with Sky

Hi @Kingsknowe12

If you have removed the Sky mini from your conservatory TV and no Q box is connected to it then it needs a terrestrial aerial to get Freeview channels. If it is connected to the internet and is a Smart TVnthen it will function with inbuilt Apps.

Or are you saying that your Main TV with the main Q box is not working now?

My main tv is working fine. Will check out aerial thanks
