Access to Paramount +

Hi,

I should have access to Paramount + as I have Sky Movies included in my package but when I try to sign in it doesn't recognise my log in details - I click on forgotten password but the link to my email never comes through - I don't actually ever remember registering for Paramount + - Is this done automatically or is there something else I need to do?
