    <description>&lt;P&gt;This only happens with our Sky Q Box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesnt happen viewing through our Smart TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have followed everything your website suggests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Broadband is Virgin and currently shows&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;35 Ms response time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;646 mbps download speed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;62 mbps upload speed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All cables have been removed inspected and reconnected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I suspect this is a Q box fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have had similar in the past and it needed a box swap.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Best to contact Sky for an Engineer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
