Can't order Sky Q

I had sky for 5 years, cancelled last year and returned all equipment. I've decided I'd like to get it back and want Sky Q, not Stream / Glass.

Whenever you try to add a TV package the store wants to default you to Stream / Glass, how can you order Sky Q?!

It is not always obvious but the SKY Q page should be available via a dropdown under TV
