    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Box takes ages to change channels or play recordings. Screen says technical fault or just goes black.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recording keep freezing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done the reset and updated the software but still same problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is so frustrating that i give up and whatch freeview on other TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The box is quite old now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what else to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
