&lt;P&gt;Please may I suggest a full power down restart of both your Router &amp;amp; SKY Q box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the problem remains you may need to&amp;nbsp; login to Netflix via a Tablet or Computer to manage your devices / Household&lt;/P&gt;
