Can't delete programmes from Continue page

Hi,

My issue is with Sky Q - I know a similar one is on Sky Glass. I need to delete programmes that have recorded in HD. I don't have an HD package, so I can't watch the recordings - all I get when I try to open a programme to delete is 'press red to upgrade' - and I don't want to upgrade, just to delete. I was watching the programmes when I switched them off, so why I can't go back to them is beyond me.

Has anyone got any ideas? TIA 😊

You can't delete from the Continue page. Just use the Recordings page and make sure future recordings/downloads are in SD, plus the default download format is set to SD in the settings, and the Continue page will eventuallly catch up.

Note: You can still record/download in HD from non-subscription channels like BBC and ITV.

Thanks xenon, I'll change the default settings now and wait. I know so many people complain about this, albeit my question was a little different. About time Sky did better!
