That would suggest a problem with your dish alignment or something causing an obstruction with its line of sight to the satellite.

If it continues then you'll need to ring Sky to book an engineer to check your dish.

Best to contact Sky for an Engineer as I suspect it is a Q box fault.

If it is just Dish alignment he would fix it.
