Sky Q remote control lag when turning on the box

Hi, a Sky Q problem.
For the past few months when I power on the sky Q box after being off for a while the box does not respond to the remote for about 10 seconds. All the mini boxes in the house do the same. After the 10 seconds it behaves ok. If I turn the box off and on again it behaves ok also. But any significant stand by time then the delay reappears. Any thoughts?

@Ian734 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
