&lt;P&gt;See then if can get your Q box working with the remote in infrared&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you get the box working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky q box stuck on accessibility screen</title>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sky q main box is stuck on accessibility screen. The mini q box is also unresponsive to remote but is stuck on the menu screen. Tried resetting and repairing both remotes. Nothing happened. Tried plugging out router, mini q box working, main q box still stuck. This is for past 2 weeks. Every time sky box is put in stand by same thing happens. Any suggestions? All other equipment linked to router work fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try a Reset Settings in the main Q box hidden menu. &lt;BR /&gt;To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.&lt;BR /&gt;With Settings highlighted press &lt;STRONG&gt;0 0 1 Select.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings. &lt;BR /&gt;After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.&lt;BR /&gt;If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.&lt;BR /&gt;To re pair the remote press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Resetting the settings will also reset:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control&lt;BR /&gt;Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&amp;amp;6&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Wait for the remote to flash&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then dismiss the information screen "Skip &amp;amp; set up later"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hold 1&amp;amp;3 to repair the remote control&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If 4&amp;amp;6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&amp;amp;9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&amp;amp;3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the TV.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Take batteries out, keep the select button pressed down and reinsert the battles whilst select button is pressed down. This worked after trying the above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
