Accessing Eurosport on a new Sky Q box message says I need to upgrade via Sky.com

When I tune to channel 413 the message states I need to upgrade via Sky.com but no system in place to upgrade. I have Sky normal package and Sky Sports. Eurosport is part of Discovery + but don't see how to access Eurosport

Do you have the normal SKY HD add on?

If you don't double check that the Eurosprt channel you are trying to watch is the SD version

Eurosport is part of signature & not SKY sports so to watch in HD need the HD add on

Thanks, it's a new Sky Q box I'll try later to see if it is already activated. The pictures sure look like HD.

Update

With Sky Q I just say 'Discovery +' and the Discovery App comes up, not the TV Guide. There I just select the sport I want, doesn't work through the normal TV menu.

Discovery + is an app so saying Discovery + will take you to the app (or prompt to sign up for the app)

If you want to watch Eurosport via Satellite use the Command Eurosport

What channel shows when you go to channel 413 - is it Eurosport 1 or Eurosport 1HD ?

Di you have HD add on ?

I haven't particularly set HD but all the normal programs are HD. 413 Eurosport 1 414 Eurosport 2 but neither work. Discovery +App is fine for the sport I want, try Eurosport App later.

do you have the HD add on subscription ?

What happens if you try to watch channel 870 or 871 (Eurosport SD for me)
