My soundbox has stopped working as in i came home yesterday and there is no power as in no lights on soundbox i e tried changing the fuse in plug and also chamged the power cable with one that works but nothing at all , ive tried keeping power button and volume down button and then plugging back in which online says will reset but nothing. I just dont understand it and would love any help or advice please?

Sounds like it could be terminal.

The Soundbox was discontinued years ago. It's obsolete technology as far as Sky is concerned.

You may be able to pick up a cheap one on eBay which would be more economical than trying to get yours repaired.

Yes i was thinking that its been great tbh never had 1 problem with it until yesterday 🙈 ahh well all things come to an end. Thank you for your reply i do appreciate it and wonder where i can get a soundbar now thats better than the soundbox as dont know the specs it had. It was a good little
