What's happened to the Sky Q guide?

Have I pressed something? And why is some highlighted white and some black?

Tried to post picture but not allowing 🤔

I suspect you may have inadvertently switched to the High Contrast accessibility mode.

To toggle this:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings.

Select Accessibility, then High contrast and change the setting from On to Off.

Press Dismiss to return to live TV.

Yes that seems to have sorted it. And the different colours was because I had notification for subtitles.
