topic PTC Punjabi Channel sounds strange in Sky Q

PTC Punjabi Channel sounds strange

Only PTC Punjabi is effected, every other channel is fine. Tv is fine, restarted box but still the same.

it's very screechy and distorted - anyone else have this issue?

I have just listened for a short while & there does seem ro be an issue .

If the problem persists tomorrow then probably woth emailing Viewer Relations : viewerR@Sky.uk who should be able to contact the Channel

Hi, did you ever get a resolution to this. My mums is having the exact same issue. I've tried everything to fix it for her but to no avail sadly

Like with the original report, I have just tried listening & whilst I think the sound may possibly be able to be understood (I am afraid I do not know the language in use) it does again seeem distorted.

The advice is as above to email Viewer Relations : viewerR@Sky.uk

If you are hearing the same issue with the audio I can most likely rule out it being a problem at my end with hardware or weak signal etc. All other channels are fine in every way.

Thank you for the email contact. My mother is no longer a Sky customer so I'm not sure how much they will be willing to help but still worth a try.

I never received a response from sky, they don't seem to care
