      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem I have with my remote isn't listed, it's actually coming apart. It's getting worse, some of the buttons are starting to sink. I can still press them but ith difficulty, in time I think it's going to come apart completely and I'll be left with two separate halves.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This will do nothing to benefit you. It will merely trigger a bad credit report on your credit file and Sky will turn your services off until payments are made.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If that still does not help, on step 4 of that article, press 'No I still need help, and 'Contact Us' and it will present you with an online form to request a replacement remote control.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, while waiting for your replacement remote, if you have an Apple phone/ tablet you can use a virtual remote to control your Sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;
