Hi there. I fixed it by resetting the remote by pressing 7 and 9 until the remote flashed 4 times then did it with 1 and 3. The first few times didn't work but then the sky mainstream changed and invited me to synch up with my tv and sound bar so I manged to fix it! Thanks
