If you have a Sky Q booster I would try this connected to your BT router by a short Ethernet before you delete everthing from your hard drive

Have you considered Ethernet connection or Powerline @kev9187

Hi @kev9187

Have you completed the following procedure?

First reset your broadband router.
On 3rd party broadband and your router does not have a reset button, reboot it by disconnecting the power lead for 30 secs and then reconnecting.
Wait until the router is completely back and running and then try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router
On 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

If you have there is not a lot else you can do. As I'm sure your aware WiFi can be unpredicable and any change in your own or neighbours Devices could cause issues.

The only other suggestion I can make is to try and obtain a Sky Q WiFi booster to connect to your router by a short Ethernet cable. Your main Q box may then connect to this by WPS which may be more reliable
