Hi @Kirsty1232 Do you mean that the Sky Q box is not connecting to your broadband router, or the WiFi hotspot from the Sky Q box is not working? We need as many details as possible, like error messages etc.

The SkyQ box isn't connecting to the router, I have done all the steps on the sky website to rest etc and it hasn't rectified the problem. The WiFi is working fine with all other devices in the house.

Hi @Kirsty1232 Did you try rebooting your broadband router first, to refresh its DNS?
