Hi Netflix isn't working in my sky apps, I've tried refreshing apps multiple times, switching off at the mains and letting it reset and load back up but nothing is working. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Router on / off , sky box on / off , opened all apps ,0 0 1 refreshed apps etc etc.

Been pulling my hair out so yesterday tried 0 0 1 on settings and did the lowest reset settings.
Surprise , surprise Netflix now instantly loading.

i lost my favourites (channels) so had to save them all again and remote had to be reset using keys 7+9 together then 1+3 together to marry up with box. Also all apps temporarily disappeared but then reappeared minutes later.

But now system seems quicker and Netflix loading instantly. Fingers crossed it lasts but at least I know it works.
