TV picture goes fuzzy and my recordings don’t work occasionally

I daily record Horse Racing. It keeps losing the signal during the day so fails to record.

when watching the TV it tends to freeze for a split second.
when reviewing all of this Sky online says I have a broadband issue/problem however when checks are done all is ok. Weird !!!
