Tv freezing when selecting any app.

When the tv was turned on initially all was fine. It when selecting an app it freezes and nothing works. Tv has been switched off unplugged rebooted and is now just frozen on the you tube screen even after being unplugged for 5/10 minutes. Anyone had this issue?

Is that Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

Have you powered the Q box off and on at the mains connection?

Doing so for the television set doesn't have any effect on the Sky hardware.

Any updates on this as I'm having similar issues?

Main box works ok for 5 mins but then freezes with just sound coming out (won't change channels or go to on-demand/Apps etc). Also both my mini-box's are saying no satellite connection (although status is saying both good satellite connection on main box and mini-box connection is ticked on all units).

I've rebooted all units several times (power on-off reset) & restored mini-box connections on both mini-boxes and main box but nothing is working.

Yes everything has been powered off and on. Now when I switch it on it is stuck on you tube home page.
