      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had a box fitted a couple of weeks ago but signal poor. Engineer said he will return in a couple of days to sort &amp;nbsp;out the appointment is now for 23 July which is far too long with no clear tv. We need an appointment asap please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
