When turn my tv on wacthing tv

watching sky it constantly flickers

i have to unplug turn it again to periodically stop it after a few hours does it again

ive had this problem for about 12 months

but put of getting intouch because of the hassle ive checked all the wires their fi e

also all the sky dish is rusty outside
