Got Error MR108 remote now also does not work so can't alter from is this first time I'm stuck there

Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote to set it to infrared mode. This will then work your Q box but it will mean the remote needs line of sight.

If you can get the box working you can then re pair the remote..

With the Q box on with green make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
