      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4119191"&gt;@FiFi060402&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Then in that case your TV isn't either recognising the box or it's on the wrong HDMI input,&amp;nbsp; you'll need to use the TV remote to scroll through the inputs, if after doing this it still doesn't find your Sky Q box then try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Using the Sky remote with the Q box powered on press Home1080Home, this should reset the resolution on your box to 1080 allowing the TV to pick up the Sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
